Patient Relations Coordinators are essential to UMC's quality service and play a vital role in how smoothly our hospital runs.

UMC strives to make your hospital stay as pleasant and comfortable as possible. Your nurse or unit manager is available to answer any questions you may have during your stay.

Our Patient Relations coordinators provide a link between the hospital, patient and families where conflict resolution concerning treatment are involved. The coordinators will meet with you to discuss your concerns and work with you to resolve any issues.

If you receive a survey in the mail after your discharge, please take a few moments to complete it. Your opinion is valuable to us!

The Patient Relations office hours are 9 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., seven (7) days a week. Patient Relations Coordinators can be reached at (702) 383-2036 or (702) 383-2376.
